Yes, there is on-site parking available at Beaufords. That said, we'd love for everyone to celebrate freely, so we encourage carpooling or arranging a ride if you plan to enjoy a few drinks during the reception.

We're going for Garden Party Formal — think floral prints, flowing dresses, and smart suits or blazers. We'll be spending time outdoors, so keep heels in mind (and perhaps bring a light layer for the evening).

We love your little ones! Please indicate on your RSVP if you'll be bringing children so we can make sure there's a spot for them. If your invitation says "adults only", we hope you'll enjoy a well-deserved night off.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by 1 February 2027. This helps us finalise catering numbers and seating arrangements. If you miss the deadline, please reach out to us directly as soon as possible.

Absolutely! We'll have a full sit-down dinner at the reception along with drinks throughout the evening. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you RSVP and we'll do our best to accommodate everyone.

We're having an unplugged ceremony — we ask that you put phones and cameras away so you can be fully present with us in the moment. Our photographer will capture everything beautifully, and we'll share the gallery with you afterwards. Feel free to snap away during the reception!

The ceremony begins at 2:00 pm, so we ask that guests are seated by 1:45 pm. The venue will be open from 1:15 pm to allow time to settle in and find your seat.

There are several great accommodation options in and around the Manukau and Papakura areas, close to Totara Park. We recommend booking early as the area can be busy. Feel free to reach out if you'd like some suggestions.
